CenseoHealth’s hiring process has several steps. Here's what to expect when you apply for a job with CenseoHealth.

This site hosts all current openings with job descriptions. To apply for a job, you must submit an online job application through the CenseoHealth secured website. You will receive an email confirmation from firstname.lastname@example.org
after you have applied online.
Once your application has been submitted a representative of CenseoHealth will review your qualifications. If you meet the qualifications for the position that you applied to then you will receive a call from a CenseoHealth Recruiter. All applications stay on file for 12 weeks.
A CenseoHealth Recruiter will conduct a short phone screen with you. This process allows CenseoHealth to gain more information about your background and qualifications.
Information gathered in the initial phone screen will help us determine if you are qualified for the position to which you applied. If the determination is made that you qualify for a position within the organization a representative of CenseoHealth with arrange for you to come onsite for a face-to-face interview. During this interview you may meet with the hiring manager(s) who are looking to fill the position or a CenseoHealth Recruiter. You may also meet other people within the organization. The interview process can occur over several days, and you should expect to spend 30-60 minutes with each individual you are scheduled to meet.
Your employment offer is contingent upon you passing CenseoHealth’s background check criteria and the feedback provided by your references.
If selected to join the CenseoHealth team, a representative of CenseoHealth will contact you by phone with a verbal offer of employment. Immediately after the phone call, the same Human Resource recruiter will email you a written offer letter.
